Static Maintenance Plumber – FM Service Provider – Charing Cross, London – Large Tourist Attraction- £38,000 per anum
CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a maintenance plumber to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across an iconic tourist attraction in Charing Cross, London. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
This position would be ideal for a Maintenance Plumber currently in a similar position who is keen on progression and working more locally. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £38,000 with a potential route into further career progression.
Hours of Work & Package Information
- Basic Salary of £38,000
- Monday to Friday 08:00 am – 17:00 pm
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

- Repairing pipework and leaks
- Minor installation works
- Flexible in helping other trades on site

- Plumbing - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
- Plumbing – City & Guilds level 3 (Preferred)
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
