Facilities Management, Engineering & Construction Recruitment.

Our story.

CBW Staffing Solutions

CBW Staffing Solutions is a UK-wide specialist recruiter for Facilities Management, Engineering and Construction, not a generalist agency with an FM desk. Our consultants have spent their careers in these sectors, bringing over 100 years of combined experience to every brief we take. We work nationally from offices in London, Dartford and Edinburgh, placing white and blue-collar talent across commercial, industrial and domestic markets, from trades and entry-level roles through to senior management and board-level appointments, on permanent, contract and freelance terms.

What sets us apart is how we work, not just what we do. Recruitment isn't one-size-fits-all and we don't pretend it is. Every brief gets a consultant who already knows the market, a shortlist we stand behind, and honest feedback at every stage, no candidate ghosting, no radio silence, no CVs pushed through when they aren't the right fit. Most of our client relationships run for years, because recruitment done well is consultation, not transaction.

We work with major service providers, subcontractors, local authorities, property managing agents and end-clients going direct. For candidates, that means access to live roles at some of the most respected names in UK FM and construction, and a consultant who picks up the phone, returns your calls, and tells you the truth about your market value and your options.
