Maintenance Plumber - FM Service Provider - Westminster - Up to £43,000 per annum
CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a maintenance plumber to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a government contract in Westminster. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Due to the sites you will be based on you will be required to go through SC and/or DV clearance.
This position would be ideal for a Maintenance Plumber currently in a similar position who is keen on progression and working more locally. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £43,000 with a potential route into further career progression.
Hours of Work & Package Information
- Basic Salary of up to £43,000
- Monday to Friday 08:00 am – 17:00 pm
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

- Plumbing – City & Guilds level 3 (Preferred)
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
