CBW are currently recruiting for an experienced Fleet Administrator to join a fantastic team based in Stevenage!
Hours/details:
- Monday to Friday
- ASAP start!
- 8am to 5pm
- 2 months temp position
- £14p/h
- Monday to Friday
- 8am to 5pm
- Permanent position
- £30,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Receive and return phone calls in support of facilities function to ensure all activities are managed in a professional manner.
- Check and maintain FM Helpdesk Inbox
- Schedule reactive and help desk call outs.
- Open and close jobs
- To review jobs received during the working day and allocate accordingly to Engineers.
- Process purchase orders and invoices Issuing and closing planned and reactive maintenance visits Inputting data
- Support the Office & Contract Managers in the administration & delivery of departmental objectives
- Attending to queries should they arise
- General administration support
- Chasing and liaison daily
- Raising Corrective maintenance tasks following on from PPM completed tasks
- Organisation of day-to-day work to ensure that all key tasks are fulfilled
- Help Desk Experience
- Experience in FM
- General Administration
- CAFM knowledge

- Ordering fuel cards
- Setting up congestion charge
- Managing vehicle hire and mileage tracking systems
- Driving license checking
