Electrician - Edinburgh - Salary up to £40,000
CBW have a new opportunity for a maintenance electrician to join a leading facilities provider. Covering commercial contracts throughout Edinburgh and the Central Belt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out reactive repairs on all systems as required
- Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all electrical
- Maintain and update Logbooks
- Working to Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance regimes
- Repair and servicing of electrical equipment, PPM & reactive.
- Providing information for the pricing of M&E works where applicable, for minor projects and maintenance
- Previously worked within a maintenance environment
- Experience of electrical systems management and paperwork
- Experience of working with business critical equipment
- Post apprenticeship experience within a maintenance environment
- Recognized Electrical Qualification
- City & Guilds 18th Edition in Electrical Installations
- City & Guilds Test and Inspection
- Competitive salary up to 40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Van & fuel card supplied
- Core hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm
- On call 1 in 13 £100
