Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – St Paul's – £45,000
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a commercial office. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000 with a potential route into further career progression.
Key duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Air Handling Unit’s
- Building Management Systems
- Air Conditioning equipment
- Cold Water systems
- Heating and Ventilation systems
- Emergency lighting
- Fan Coil Units
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
- Escort / organise sub contractors
- Attend client meetings if required
- Ensure site log books are kept up to date
- Basic Salary of up to £45,000
- Call out - 1 in 4
- Monday to Friday 10.00 – 19.00
- 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Tablet & Work Phone Provided
- Full company uniform
- Electrical - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Essential)
- 18th Edition
- Must be able to pass a DBS check or have a current DBS (Essential)
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
