Before joining CBW Staffing Solutions, Ben worked for a global recruitment company as an Associate Director, where he was responsible for the management of a large FM team based in London. Ben has a wealth of recruitment experience gained through working on behalf and alongside of a number of leading FM service provider's, client direct and some of the largest construction and property companies in the UK.
