Dean has over 17 years recruitment experience specialising in Facilities Maintenance and Trades & Labour. Before joining CBW Staffing Solutions, Dean worked for a global recruitment company as an Associate Director, where he was responsible for the management of a large FM & Public Sector team based in London. Dean has a wealth of recruitment experience gained through working on behalf and alongside of a number of leading FM service provider's, client direct and some of the largest construction and property companies in the UK, covering both "White and Blue Collar" recruitment. After running a very successful Facilities & Maintenance / Public Sector business, where he picked up many accolades along the way including; Chairman's special achievement award, Business of the year and Business Manager of the year, Dean felt it was time for a new challenge! Dean decided to partner with Tom Cheek and Dan Barber in creating CBW Staffing Solutions where the Director's vision was to build a brand that breaks the mold of the rigid, inflexible agencies we see today.
