Role Overview:
In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and servicing fire and security systems for clients within your area. Your duties will include:
- Maintaining Fire & Security Systems in line with current standards and client requirements.
- Responding to service calls for all types of Fire & Security systems, ensuring all visits are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Planning and attending both routine and reactive site visits.
- Communicating effectively with customers to plan and schedule visits.
- Managing stock levels, with support from the stores team.
- Attending training sessions as required to maintain your technical expertise.
- Fire Systems: Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, Advanced, Morley, C-Tec, Protec
- Intruder Systems: Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic, Menvier, Risco
- CCTV Systems: Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Generic Analogue Systems
- Access Control: Paxton, PAC, Salto
We’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
- A technical background in the electrical or electronic industry.
- Strong knowledge of fire and security systems.
- Experience in front-line customer contact is preferred.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A professional, well-presented manner.
- A customer-centric attitude and a desire to deliver exceptional service.
- OTE: £55,000 (including base salary, overtime, on-call, travel time, and commission).
